All orders are shipped through M&P Courier Service, our trusted logistics partner across Pakistan.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Delays or Issues
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier-related issues. Aura Organic is responsible in case of delay the parcel, you can contect us freely so that our shipping department may assist you accordingly for delays once the parcel has been handed over to M&P.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@auraorganic.pk with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review and assist you.
